Very large issues or projects can require a substantial number of people to provide subject matter expert input. With these types of issues it is often more efficient to have the workshop broken up into distinct teams that can be assigned a specific area or issue.

By having a coach on site, they can help to work with each of the teams to assist in providing focus and obtaining actionable results. Ensuring these actions are S.M.A.R.T. and do not conflict or duplicate other work being carried out within the workshop.

The coach will also provide a “fresh” pair of eyes to assist the teams in validating their own work and ensuring that they are covering the necessary points as well as encouraging them to “think out of the box”.
