Negative thoughts are there to protect us from danger, but what happens to some of us is that these negative thoughts begin to take over almost every situation, even when really there is no real danger. It ends up preventing us for doing what we enjoy and from growing in our careers and relationships.

It would be great just to switch this off whenever you felt like it, but it’s not that simple, in fact it requires a lot of practise!
