How To Start Your Day: Richard Branson

richard-branson111I’m always fascinated by what makes the uber successful tick. So I sent a tweet to Richard Branson to ask him how he begins his day to get him off to a great start:

Interesting that the first thing he mentions is exercise! I’m an avid fan of morning exercise. I’m normally up at 6am and in the gym just after 7am. OK so I may not be as massively successful as Sir Richard Branson! But at least I know I’m doing the right thing to kick start my day.
