I recently completed the free online personality test (I’m an ISFP)

I must admit I’m normally very cynical of these type of reports. But I have to say, this one really impressed me. I would say 10% of the results did not seem to match me, but the remaining 90% were painfully accurate!

I do find myself questioning the usefulness of these reports, what purpose does it fill apart from maybe some self recognition?

    I came out as an ISTJ – the same as for every Myers-Briggs test that i have taken. 

    Whilst i didn’t learn a huge amount more about myself, it was a useful reminder of how to get on effectively with people who think differently to myself (including my boss, my colleagues and my family)
