Breakdown Any Goal Into Actionable Steps

Are you the type of person that knows the importance of setting goals but often struggle at the first hurdle?

Do you find that you can't take that first step because it's still too overwhelming?

Then this post is just for you!

All to often people set themselves wonderful, challenging goals but soon lose interest in them as they just end up being impossible to achieve. This is because they have failed to break down the goal into steps that they need to take.

If you find yourself procrastinating, it's most likely because you're still not sure how to tackle the task ahead.

The idea here is that you'll need to repeat the following question, over and over again....

To achieve X, first I need to do Y....

Then you simply rinse and repeat, Y becomes your new X

So to achieve this new X, first I need to do the new Y...

Do it again and again, until you get to the point where you say

There isn't anything I need to do first, I just need to do X

If you can't start X right away, then you've not repeated the question enough.

So here is my challenge, post your X in the comments below and I'll help you get to the final stage of taking action.

Do you accept my challenge?
