Granola

Ingredients

  • 300g / 2 cups of oats
  • 50g / 1 cup coconut
  • 50g / 3/4 cup nuts
  • 30g / 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 50g / 1/3 cup oil/fat
  • 50g / 1/3 sugar/honey
  • 200ml / 1 cup apple juice
  • Teaspoon of cinnamon
  • salt to taste


Instructions

  • Mix together all the ingredients apart from any dried fruit
  • Bake at 275F / 135C 45 min stir/toss halfway through
  • Cool then add dried fruit
