As a nutrition coach, I’ve come to notice a critical link between proper nutrition and the successful combat against non-communicable diseases (NCDs), common in men over this age bracket. Diseases such as heart disease and diabetes, often underestimated, can be effectively managed or perhaps even prevented with a well-established nutrition plan.
