I am here not to chide you but to salute you for enduring the trials and tribulations that the journey past forty brings. The stresses of work, family and life can make it exquisitely challenging to maintain our health and wellness. However, the key to unlocking this dilemma may lie at your fingertips or, more precisely, on your fork.

Nutrition Matters as we Age

Perhaps like many, you’ve brushed aside discussions about health and the significant role diet plays as we age. Nonetheless, one cannot overlook how food choices affect our well-being. In particular, health issues such as heart disease, high blood pressure or even the dreaded ‘dad bod’ can be traced back to poor dietary choices.
