He is brilliant

I needed to lose weight, as eight I was carrying was detrimental to my joints and just plain ugly. I could not afford to buy more clothes to keep up with the very increasing bulge.The biggest achievement which implementing a few approach to the foods and portions I select for meals. This has resulted in finding new foods I have not used before, and combining them with other foods creating new recipes, which has been great fun. I have also lost over 24 pounds in three months.Paul is an expert and excels in the advice and guidance he provides to you. He has a lovely sense of humour which is important when you have those moments when your reach rock bottom and begin to lose motivation, which he does not allow you to countenance. Paul is always on your case in the nicest possible way, a real good cop (though I do appreciate a little bad cop at times). The regime of photographing your meals is a great way of allowing your to reflect on consumption and complexion of food, with his immediate feedback.He is brilliant, like the sun.

I was not happy with my weight or my diabetes management.To be honest, I had resigned myself to just trying to manage my blood sugars by giving myself increasing amounts of insulin. The only thing I knew to do to stop gaining weight was to eat no carbs and walk a lot. Living Belgium with the wonderful breads and awful weather made those two strategies fail.Paul's positive attitude and gentle demeanor put me at ease immediately.
