DAY 20 – Start a Healthy Habit

I used to use an app called “LIFT”, it helped me keep track and motivated when trying to start new habits. This has now changed a little and is now known as Coach.Me

You can still use the app to track daily habits, but you can also hire coaches to help you achieve those habits each day through online text messaging, calls or daily activity courses a bit like this one. The daily habit tracking is free. So your action today is to sign up on Coach.Me find a new healthy daily habit and start tracking it.
