I learned so many things from quick start guide, including ways to incorporate more protein into my diet, new ways to prepare vegetables and sneak them into other foods (which was awesome for a veggiephobe like me), wonderful recipes, and things to look out for in the everyday foods that I eat.

Paul will be, without a doubt, the best nutrition coach you will find. You will achieve such good and noticeable results that you will feel so much better about yourself.
Overall, it will be a life-changing experience.
I am so glad I did!!!

When I first joined I was skeptical, but thought let's give it a try. I am so glad I did!!!
Started at 225 lbs. I am down to 209 lbs and have lost 2 inches off my waist line. I get into my pants without having to "suck it in". What a great feeling.
The mini challenges were very helpful in getting started. My meals are more well balanced and nutritious than before. My veggie consumption has increased (my Mom will be glad about that).
Paul has also been very helpful in helping me figure out my triggers, how to avoid them, what to do when I fall off the wagon and need to get back on it.
The weekly check ins are also very helpful as well as my new "smart scale" that shows weight as well as BMI reading and keeps a history of it.
The men in this group are always here to offer advice, support, and give suggestions if needed. I am still several pound away to my ideal weight of 170 pounds, but with Pauls' s help, and help from the group....I will get there and maintain it.
It’s a safe space

I have struggled for years with my weight. When I saw this on Facebook I thought I’d try it.
Paul’s gentle but informative way of making improvements to my diet. And the group are friendly too. It’s nice being an older gay man, and a sense of belonging and support in the group.
Give it a try, there’s really no judgment so you will feel supported by both Paul, and the members in the group.
It’s a safe space.
So uplifting and beneficial

I was invited by a friend. I checked out the posts and found it aligned well with what I'd already learned about nutrition.
But it offered much more - personal responses and encouragement. I found that very inviting.
Paul deals with specific questions and issues I struggle with as a man entering my 60s. Life changes - you enter different phases and your body just doesn't respond quite like it used to as a younger man. The techniques and solid information build a new foundation from which to begin re-orienting your lifestyle. But it's not necessarily a drastic re-adjustment - and that's what's so uplifting and beneficial. "I can do this!" is my common reaction to the information.
I've been a member for a few months now, and I have not been pressured into anything. Paul simply offers different levels of help, and you can avail yourself to more at any time. You have plenty of time to assess for yourself whether it's worth it to you.
I believe most people will.
Get results

I had been looking for a dietician who can think outside the box but could not find one. Then I saw a post from Paul on Facebook,. Curious and sceptical, I booked a 15-minute Zoom-talk with Paul, which turned out to be the right decision.
In this group, we're all in the same boat. You can share experiences, follow webinars from Paul. It really helps to get insight into your nourishment and how to change it.
Do yourself a favour and join. You will have no regrets. A community will help you get results in losing weight.
